Levco Invest is a South Florida based real estate investment company, with a presence in Florida, Ohio, South Carolina, Atlanta and Tennessee. As an investment company, our primary focus is on generating strong returns while building equity value for our investors. We seek to acquire underperforming and value-add assets in tertiary markets.
